Cafe Del Mar
Last Fri 23Mar07, PuccA came to pick Meimei & me from office.
We were excited about our outing to Sentosa.
It has been quite awhile since we last catch-up.
It started raining before we reached Cafe Del Mar.
Lucky for us, we got a table w nice view before it started pouring really heavily.
At 1st we were very pleased but when our food were served, our excitement turned into disappointment. The portion was very little for all the dishes we ordered. For S$8+++ there were only 8 pieces of calamari. For S$26+++ we got a fish fillet that's smaller than the size of our palm. We thought we saw the worst, we were wrong until our cheese 'cake' arrived. For S$16+++ what was served was 1/2 scoop of cheesy taste stuff which didn't taste like cake!
The martinis that the girls ordered tasted blend. We will not go back there again.
