Two Nights In A Row
Yes, two nights in a row I went dinner w PuccA n Meimei.
Both are ad hoc.
On Wed (5/10) - Meimei was supposed to go for yoga class w her mommy. But just before she leaves the office, she received a nasty call from an agent screaming @ the top of his lungs @ her. Poor Meimei. By the time she finished the 'spoilt-mood' call, she's already late for her class.
Not wanting to spend the evening feeling angry, she asked me out for coffee.
On the way out of office, we met out colleague, GHamster who was on her way to meet her bfren for dinner @ Sakae, saying that there's some kind of promotion.
And Meimei's eyes got brighten up the minute she heard Sakae! Being a chawamushi queen, I think the best way to end her bad evening is to have plenty serving of it :)
So we went! PuccA who got stucked in the so-called 'shitty' meeting joined us later. The whole dinner was really good. We ate, we laughed, we grumbled, we eagerly talked about our forthcoming BKK trip....time just quietly flied by.
We left after we were too full to eat anything. I thought we are heading home but the 2 girls are just energetic to go home so they suggested coffee. So we went NYDC @ Heeren.
I told them I have the tendency of saying 'DKNY' whenever I want to say NYDC.
Meimei said there was a time she referred to it as YMCA, haha so funnie.
Last night we were having some kind of training on Pleasure Craft. During break-time, someone offered us 'Roasted Chicken' flavour potato chips. It tasted exactly like bbq chicken, yummy. After eating that, she's not willing to settle for just the taste of it and not getting the real stuff. So she suggested we go Newton Circus to satisfy her craving.
We screamed when we realised Newton Circus was in pitch dark.
Why?! That was what we exclaimed?
We ended up @ Alexandra Food Centre (behind AIA tower).
We had Sting Ray, BBQ chicken wing & stir-fried veg. Yummy, yummy.
In total we spend $6/- each only!
