Very Wrong

HELP! Something is very wrong w my blog!
1st - all formatting buttons are out of positioning (still unsolved).

Latest - I cant open comments :(

Boo boo what is WRONG!

How boring, I can't even change the text colour!

Any expert out there see this blog, if u know the solution pls help me!
